Fall Ball
NLCBS Fall Ball focuses on individual skill development, team play and most of all FUN! The number of teams can flucuate as Fall Ball is a bit more fluid than the Summer Season.
As a community organization we are always seeking volunteers to help our kids have the best experience possible.

Tuesday Nights
Tee Ball-- $50
Tee Ball includes practice sessions and clinics focusing on fundamentals and skill progression. Participants will be divided into age groups with drills geared toward specific age groups.
Open to current Pre-K, Kindergarten
Sessions will run Tuesdays at Penn Meadows Park starting Tuesday September 10th through Tuesday October 18th.
The program is scheduled for 5 nights with a 6th to accommodate rain outs.
Players will receive an NLCBS hat & shirt
1st & 2nd Grade-- $50
Coach Pitch
Players will be placed on teams and we play a league-style format. The focus will be on fundamentals, sportsmanship and FUN!
Sessions will run Tuesdays at Penn Meadows Park starting Tuesday September 10th through Tuesday October 15th.
The program is scheduled for 5 nights with a 6th to accommodate rain outs.
Players will receive an NLCBS hat & shirt.
Wednesday Nights
3rd & 4th Grade Baseball & Softball-- $50
Combo Pitch
This is a combination of coach-pitch/ player-pitch. Players will be place on teams and will compete in a league style format.
Sessions will meet on Wednesdays; September 11th through October 16th.
Sessions run from Wednesday September 6th through Wednesday October 11th. A total of 5 nights will be scheduled with a 6th in case of rain outs.
Players will receive an NLCBS hat & shirt.
5th & 6th Grade Baseball & Softball-- $50
Player Pitch
Sessions will meet on Wednesdays; September 11th through October 16th.
Sessions run from Wednesday September 11th through Wednesday October 16th. A total of 5 nights will be scheduled with a 6th in case of rain outs.
Teams will practice for the first half and play a game the second half. Players will compete in a league format with other teams in our league.
Players will receive an NLCBS hat & shirt.
Union (Weekends)
Players desiring a higher level of competition can tryout for our Union program. This Fall Unions teams will compete in the Dahm Baseball League based out of Cedar Rapids.
Teams will practice in North Liberty, playing games on Saturdays or Sundays at Triple Play Park in Cedar Rapids.
Tryouts will be held on Monday August 12th or Monday August 19th both at 6pm. You only need to attend one session.
Teams will be formed following the skill review with practices starting immediately.
The number/ age of each team is based on the number of coaches we have available, please reach out, operations@nlcbs.org, if you are interested.
Tryout Fee: $20
League Fee: $149 (paid after Tryouts)
